Title: Salsa with Spice

Yield: 2 Cups

3/4lbCherry Tomatoes; coarsely chopped
1tbJalapeno Pepper; finely chopped
1/2cOnion; chopped
2tbFresh Lime Juice
4tbFresh Coriander

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Let salsa stand at room temperature at least 1/2 an hour before serving.
